3Account Registration

4Deposits and Withdrawals
All financial transactions on 3taya 365 are denominated in Philippine Peso (₱ PHP). Accepted payment methods include GCash, Maya, GrabPay, Coins.ph, BDO, BPI, UnionBank (via InstaPay/PESONet), and Visa/Mastercard bank cards.
Deposits must be made using payment methods registered under your own name. 3taya 365 does not accept deposits made on behalf of another person. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.
Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. By placing a bet on 3taya 365, you accept the odds and terms applicable to that specific event and market at the time the bet is confirmed. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled or amended unless 3taya 365 determines the bet was accepted in error (e.g., due to a manifest technical error in the odds displayed).
3taya 365 reserves the right to:
- Void any bet where odds were published due to a technical error, feed failure, or human input mistake that is materially different from the true market price;
- Suspend betting on any market at any time without notice, including during live events;
- Limit the maximum stake or payout on any individual bet or account at its sole discretion;
- Settle bets according to official results from the relevant governing body of the sport or competition in question. In cases of dispute, 3taya 365's decision is final.
Bets on events where the outcome is already known at the time of placement will be voided. Any attempt to exploit latency in odds updates or abuse live betting markets will result in the relevant bets being voided and the account reviewed for potential suspension.
Live Betting: In-play odds at 3taya 365 update in real time based on match events. Delays between your screen and the live server are possible. Bets placed during a delay period that are accepted post-event outcome may be voided at 3taya 365's discretion.
6Bonuses and Promotions
3taya 365 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms published alongside each promotion, including rollover requirements, eligible markets, minimum odds, and time limits.
General bonus conditions applicable to all 3taya 365 promotions:
- Bonuses are available to eligible registered accounts only. One bonus per account, household, device, or payment method applies unless stated otherwise.
- Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (rollover/turnover requirement) before withdrawal. The specific rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
- 3taya 365 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a player's bonus if there is evidence of abuse, multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or any other activity deemed contrary to the spirit of the promotion.
- Bonuses have expiry dates. Any bonus or bonus-derived winnings remaining after the expiry date will be removed from the account automatically.
- Bonus winnings are capped at the maximum stated in the promotion. Winnings derived from free bets may have a maximum cash equivalent value.
In case of conflict between general bonus terms and the specific terms of an individual promotion, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
7Prohibited Conduct
The following activities are strictly prohibited on 3taya 365 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action:
- Fraud and misrepresentation — providing false identity information, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting your age;
- Collusion — cooperating with other players or insiders to gain an unfair advantage on betting markets;

- Money laundering — using 3taya 365 to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds that are proceeds of illegal activity;
- Bonus abuse — creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using bots or automated systems, or engaging in arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional terms;
- Unauthorised access — accessing another player's account without permission, or attempting to circumvent any security measure of the 3taya 365 platform;
- Chargebacks — reversing a deposit transaction with your bank or e-wallet provider after having used those funds for betting purposes on 3taya 365.

8Account Suspension and Termination
3taya 365 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any account at any time and without prior notice if:

- Verification documents requested have not been provided within a reasonable timeframe;

Any real-money balance remaining at the time of legitimate closure (i.e., where the closure is not due to rule violations) will be returned to you via your registered payment method after outstanding verification requirements are met.
If an account is closed due to a breach of these terms, 3taya 365 reserves the right to retain the account balance as damages for the breach. In cases of suspected fraud or criminal activity, funds may be held pending investigation and/or handed to relevant authorities.
9Responsible Gaming
